Owner & Clinical Director
Ryan Dromsky is the owner and practicing physical therapist at All Care Physical Therapy of Bluffton. Ryan began practicing physical therapy in 2000 and has extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients — from pediatric cases, college-level and professional-level athletes to individuals requiring general orthopedic and neurological care. Prior to relocating to the Lowcountry, Ryan was the Regional Clinical Director for TwinBoro Physical Therapy, with over twenty clinics servicing communities from Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey. His leadership role consisted of managing operations, providing mentorship, performing public speaking engagements to local sports organizations and the medical community along with providing care to patients.
Since being here in Bluffton, Ryan has served as Director of Therapy for the first rehabilitation hospital outside of Savannah. He built and oversaw a team of Physical, Occupational, Speech therapists and Case Managers who provided outstanding care for stroke, spinal cord, multi-trauma and neurological patients. His experience and expertise have enabled him to foster relationships within the medical community as well as with the local community. Ryan’s decision to open All Care Physical Therapy was due to his passion to help others and make a difference in individual’s lives. His goal is to use his years of experience and expertise to better serve the community of Bluffton. Ryan's emphasis on patient education, manual approach to treatment combined with active participation create an environment for healing.
Physical Therapist
Rachel Underwood is a dedicated physical therapist at All Care Physical Therapy who combines her athletic background, academic excellence, and passion for orthopedic care to deliver individualized, high-quality treatment. She graduated from Georgia Southern University’s Physical Therapy program in 2022 and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a former Division I swimmer at Georgia Southern University, Rachel developed a strong interest in injury recovery, which continues to shape her clinical approach today.
Over the past several years, Rachel has focused on orthopedic physical therapy, specializing in manual therapy techniques. She has treated patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, including MS, Parkinson’s disease, and many other diagnoses, using an evidence based and compassionate approach that emphasizes patient education and long term success.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel has been married to her husband, Jesse, for five years. She enjoys spending time with their son, Brooks or can be found walking her golden retriever, Baxley. Looking ahead, she plans to continue deepening her expertise in orthopedic manual therapy and pursue additional certifications to further expand her scope of practice and provide the highest level of care to her patients
Physical Therapist
Harmony Tucker is a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy who has proudly served the Lowcountry since 2015. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University with a degree in Pre-professional Health Science and a minor in Psychology. Harmony has extensive experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings, where she specializes in treating individuals recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, and other complex medical diagnoses. She has developed particular expertise in the treatment of balance and mobility disorders, using advanced rehabilitation technologies and hands-on techniques to help patients improve stability, confidence, and independence in their daily lives.
Since joining Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bluffton in 2018, Harmony has continued to grow as both a clinician and leader, serving as an interdisciplinary educator and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Co-Chair. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with her patients and takes pride in guiding them through each stage of their recovery journey. Harmony is known for her warm, encouraging approach and her dedication to helping every patient reach their fullest potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two young children, making memories together, staying active, and being part of the Bluffton community she is proud to serve.
Office Coordinator
Michelle brings more than 25 years of healthcare and customer service experience to our team, with a strong background in medical reception, rehabilitation support, and insurance and billing. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, and specialty medical practices, most recently serving as a Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduler at ENT Associates of Savannah. Michelle is highly skilled in patient scheduling, insurance verification, medical records management, and providing exceptional front-office support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Her personable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others make her a valued part of our team.
Outside of the clinic, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, especially caring for and making memories with her two grandchildren. She brings that same warmth, compassion, and dedication to her work each day, helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
All Care Physical Therapy accepts most major insurance plans and also has competitive self pay rates. Please call or submit an inquiry to determine specific individual coverage. All Care Physical Therapy staff will review and explain all specific benefits on the initial visit, which may include a copay, coinsurance or deductible.
